Long workouts tend to go one of two ways. You either slow down when you can’t breathe, or you slow down because you begin to fail on one part of the workout. This WOD will be the latter. If you are a well conditioned athlete, probably with a running/endurance background, you may still find yourself getting passed by people who manage to string their box jumps and wallballs together with fewer breaks. This is the kind of workout on which we are trying to improve your time when we program “Unbroken” archive. For people who are former endurance athletes take note that being a better runner usually results in an advantage of seconds. Being able to go unbroken or minimize breaks inside each set results in an advantage of minutes.
