Having a plan and sticking to it can be an important aspect of a workout. This WOD gives you the perfect opportunity. MOST people do better when they pace a little during Tabata. That’s not to say you won’t drop off a little, but if your first round is 20 and your second is 5, you probably didn’t get this workout right.
