    1. Great to be back today and see all of my 0530 mates. Some of my favorite people are my PCF comrades. Shane was there too. ;-).
      That said, not a great effort. Dubs were hit-and-miss and a triceps strain in round 1 relegated me to situps instead of handstands for the last two rounds.
      221/15 KHSPUs, 85 total situps.
      Super cool music for the all-male crew.
      It was motivating/disruptive to have GretchenPCF/LCF repping out hang squat cleans with my 1 rep max weight. #strongvikingwoman.

    2. Fun workout at 0530. Today = all metal. Tomorrow = all Lady Gaga?
      469 single-unders, 66×25# DB press. Kept a 1:45/500m rowing pace through all 6 sets, happy with that.
