I got into fitness at a very young age. I grew up with a father who is an Olympic weightlifting coach, many of you know him as Coach B (Mike Burgener of the Burgener Warm Up) and our two car garage had four platforms in it. I started doing CrossFit in 2004. I was mainly a guinea pig for my dad because he would hear of all these CrossFit workouts from other people within CrossFit. I fell in love with it right away because it incorporated the weightlifting fix I needed and helped me out in the much needed cardio portion of my workouts. I was a baseball player growing up and CrossFit helped my improve my game tremendously.
