I’m Jack Langley – having worked in various settings of public health including physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and sports performance, I believe that I possess the knowledge, skills, abilities, and the dedication to serve as a true asset to this CrossFit community.
Being a great CrossFit coach entails going beyond teaching superior techniques for enhancing work capacity, strength, and power, among other things. It requires having the ability to identify areas of improvement while instilling personal drive, intrinsic motivation and a strong sense of confidence to place the athlete in the best position to succeed.
Living a healthy lifestyle is a top priority of mine. I pride myself on the proven ability to inspire others to live the same way. When it comes to training and guiding others to excel physically, I am fully and genuinely committed to make their goals my own.
